Coaching notes for this course

A redesigned, faster routeThe organiser says the 2027 course is new and has almost half the elevation of previous years, which makes it a better PB target than older reports suggest. Run For All publishes an elevation map, so check it for the numbers.
Past both stadiumsThe race starts and finishes on Victoria Embankment and passes both football stadiums, the Motorpoint Arena and the city centre. Your plan builds tempo work at 10K effort so the final kilometres feel familiar.
Cheer points all the wayThe organiser lists entertainment and cheer-point stations around the course, so expect a lively atmosphere. Start steady and use the crowds to lift the second half.
